A partitioned basement has finishes somewhat similar in quality of materials and workmanship to that of the main residence. This area of the basement is fully partitioned for a recreation room, bedroom, laundry room, bathroom, etc. The cost includes the ceiling, wall and floor finish, and incidental heating; use component 801 (Total Basement Area) to enter the area of the basement itself.
NOTE: This component is used when the basement is listed under the main residence. If the basement is listed as a separate section, use 882 Basement Partition Finish Area.
