These large multi-purpose buildings are designed for use by fraternal organizations. They generally have an auditorium, kitchen, dining, game rooms and offices. They also often have a large meeting room with movable partitions.
If the building consists primarily of a small auditorium with few additional rooms, use occupancy 311 (Clubhouse). If the building has many sleeping rooms or apartments, use occupancy 310 (City Club).
