The Construction System indicates where Segregated Estimator will print a component in the report. Segregated Estimator automatically displays the standard Construction System for each component. Use this drop-down list to change to a different Construction System only if you want to print the component in a different location in the report..
Example: The standard Construction System for component "Carpet and Pad" is "Floor Cover." Segregated Estimator automatically displays this system when you select the component:
If you are describing the finishes in a basement, and want them to print in the "Basement" Construction System, change the system to Basement in the Construction System drop-down list:
