Use the Remarks screen to enter an unlimited number of free-format text lines of the following types:

Remarks: Any text you want to print in all reports (both cost reports and data entry report)

Notes: Any text you want to record about an estimate but do not want to print in the cost reports (such as internal notes about the estimate). Notes only print in the data entry report.
