Costs for fair and average built-in garages for single-family residences have been adjusted to correct for the amount of supporting columns in built-in garages. As a result, garage costs may drop 3% to 8% depending on the size of the garage.
For calculating Default Roof Type with multiple roof types, unit costs are rounded to the nearest penny to ensure that Quantity * Unit Cost = Total Cost.
Energy, foundation and seismic/wind adjustments are now being applied properly for homes with (1) two different styles, (2) a quality between two integer qualities (for example, Quality 5.5), and (3) Masonry and/or Masonry Veneer exterior walls.
A rounding issue with depreciation for residences where the building height has been adjusted below the default height (an issue primarily for Excellent quality homes) could cause slight variations (less than 1%) on the depreciation applied. Depreciation is now being applied properly.
Form 1007 has been corrected to include all the costs when there are more than three basement or garage components.
The text on line 21 of Form 1007 has been changed to read "Total of Lines 16 to 20."
The wind/energy adjustment is now being applied properly for manufactured homes with (1) two styles and (2) a quality between two integer qualities (for example: Quality 5.5).
