Quality

Enter one of the following quality numbers here ONLY if the majority of the components in the section have a different quality than this overall quality:

• 1 Low

• 2 Fair

• 3 Average

• 4 Good

• 5 Very Good

• 6 Excellent

You can also enter a quality between these numbers (e.g., 3.5 for between average and good). Residential Estimator displays the quality name to the right of the number you enter.

If you leave this field blank, Residential Estimator automatically sets the quality of the section to the value you entered on the Building Data screen.

You can set the quality for most individual components to override the value you set here.
