• Attached Garage

• Attached Garage with Full Living Area, i.e., living areas with full exterior walls

• Attached Garage with Partial Living Area (i.e., living areas with high-pitch roof (gable ends)

• Detached Garage

• Detached Garage with Full Living Area

• Detached Garage with Partial Living Area

• Built-in Garage

• Basement

Note: If the living area above an attached garage has interior finish equal to the rest of the residence, include that area In the total square footage of the residence and price the garage as a built-in.
