1 Low
2 Fair
3 Average
4 Good
5 Very Good
6 Excellent
You can also enter a quality between these numbers (e.g., 3.5 for between average and good).
If you leave this column blank, Residential Estimator automatically sets the quality to one of the following:
Main Residence: If the component is for the main residence, Residential Estimator uses the quality you set on the Building Data screen.
Garage or Basement Section: If the component is for a garage or basement section, Residential Estimator uses the quality you set for the section on the Garage/Basement screen. If you did not set a quality on the Garage/Basement screen, Residential Estimator uses the quality you set on the Building Data screen.
