Use the Component Search area to add components to the section. You can display available components in the list on the right side by doing one of the following:
Using Construction Systems: Click on one of the following Construction Systems (in the list on the left of the screen) to display the components in that system:
Exterior Walls
HVAC (Heating and Cooling)
Elevators
Sprinklers
Mezzanines
Malls
Miscellaneous (Fire Alarm System, Balcony)
Land and Site Value
Using Name Search: Type part or all of the component's name in the field below the Construction System list, then click the Find button to display components matching the text you entered.
Example: Type stucco then click Find to display all components with "stucco" in their names.
When available components display in the Available Component list on the right of the screen, you can do one of the following:
Add Component: Double click the component to add it to the section. The component code and name display in the Component Detail at the top of the screen.
Display Component Definition: Click the Help button below the Component List to display a definition of the component. This definition displays in a separate window.
