estimators. Whether you choose the Commercial & Residential
Estimators; the detailed Segregated Estimator to generate replacement
costs for commercial & residential buildings…you’re
sure to find a solution that’s right for you.
This overview covers the basics of how to navigate through the
SwiftEstimator.com website. Coupled with SwiftEstimator’s ease of use, and a
basic working knowledge of Microsoft’s Internet Explorer web browser, you’ll be
producing expert cost reports on-line in no time.
Simply follow any of the following steps to create a report:
Field names, such as Estimate I.D., when clicked will display an explanation of
that field.
Clicking the Help button at the top of the screen displays help for each field
on the current screen.
Search for help on any specific item using the Contents Index and Search
available in the upper left area of any help topic.
Fields marked with a red asterisks, are required fields and must have data in
order to generate a cost report.
Navigating from screen to screen is easy, and can be accomplished by using the
buttons at the bottom of your screen, or by clicking onto the topic listed on
the left.
The Reports tab allows you to choose the report type, as well as the ability to
calculate or recalculate your estimate. This is where you can preview your
report prior to printing or downloading.
The Reports tab also enables you
to recalculate existing, but revised estimates.
