  • Residential EstimatorAvailable Now!
  • Commercial EstimatorAvailable Now! Now includes Agricultural features!
  • Segregated Estimator Available Now!

Marshall & Swift will continue to develop each of the estimating tools after the initial release and the user will be able to dig even deeper into an estimate. Each progressive stage of development will provide greater details, better depreciation schedules, and more options on how to complete an estimate.

Question  What is the cost to use SwiftEstimator?
Answer  With SwiftEstimator you simply pay for the calculations you need. Most products charge a single fee per report and let you recalculate that report within specified period for free.

Commercial Estimator charges are calculated per section of each report that you complete. For example, a building constructed in 1926 that has an addition built in 1968, you can enter the 1926 portion in one section and the 1968 portion in a second section. SwiftEstimator will charge you for two sections.

One section may be all that is needed to complete a building report. There may be some instances where more than one section is needed to complete an estimate. For example a hotel may have a series of different businesses under one roof such as a restaurant, beauty salon, gift shop etc. Each of these occupancies should have their own section to allow for construction style, design and quality of that particular business.

Costs vary based on the type of estimating program you are using. Currently the pricing structure is as follows:

  • Residential Estimator – $10.00 per Report / 7 Day Free Recalculation Period
  • Commercial Estimator – $20.00 per Section / 7 Day Free Recalculation Period
  • Segregated Estimator – $25.00 per Report (introductory price) / 7 Day Free Recalculation Period

Question  What is the function of the HELP button located within the estimating programs?
Answer  This HELP button will give you a complete occupancy reference that will list all the occupancies in both numerical order and alphabetical order. It also contains a complete list of components along with their definitions. This HELP button also aids in the determination, through definitions, of the individual quality levels.

Question  How will I be charged when I use SwiftEstimator?
