Pay-As-You-Go
Simply pay for the calculations you need. Your credit card will automatically
be charged after each session. You are able to re-calculate your report for
7-days at no charge.
Section Pricing
SwiftEstimator charges are calculated per section. One section may be all that
is needed to complete a building report. There may be some instances where more
than one section is needed to complete an estimate. For example, a hotel may
have a series of different businesses under one roof such as a restaurant,
beauty salon, gift shop etc. Each of these occupancies should have their own
section to allow for construction style, design and quality of that particular
business.

Residential Estimator on the Web (eRes)
$10.00 per transaction
Segregated Estimator on the Web (Seg)
$25.00 per transaction
