Welcome to SwiftEstimator Services. SwiftEstimator
will be made up of various estimating tools to provide one of the
most powerful estimating services available. Marshall & Swift
will be releasing each estimating product in stages.
COMMERCIAL ESTIMATOR ON THE WEB!
How it works. You login to
SwiftEstimator.com . From there you
will be prompted to provide login and credit card information. Once
you have registered with SwiftEstimator, you
simply type your login and password to access the Commercial
Estimator
on the
web.
Pay-As-You-Go
Simply pay for the calculations you need. Your credit card will
automatically be charged after each session. You are able to re-calculate
your report for 7-days at no charge.
Section Pricing
SwiftEstimator charges are
calculated per section. One section may be all that is needed to complete a building
report. There may be some instances where more than one section is needed to complete
an estimate. For example a hotel may have a series of different businesses under one
roof such as a restaurant, beauty salon, gift shop etc. Each of these occupancies should
have their own section to allow for construction style, design and quality of that particular business.
